Canada Rental Cottage (CRC) General Policies
The following general and rental policies are in response to rental issues and CRC's need for efficient operations. Ultimately our rental policies are in place to ensure what we hope to be a harmonious balance between valued guests, property owners and their neighbors. During summer season, demand for properties is strong and CRC reserves the right, in consultation with our guests, to adjust arrival and departure days for bookings less than 7 days to ensure there are no one-night openings in between reservations.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is 4:00 pm. An email with the location of the key will be send a couple of days prior to your arrival. Our office can be reached at 705-840-9443 if further instructions are needed. Check-out is 11:00 am. Keys are to be left on the kitchen counter on departure day.

Weekly Bookings
All weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday. Check in is after 4:00 pm on the Friday of your arrival and check out is 11:00 am on the day of your departure. Late check outs may be subject to a Late Check out Fee of $50.00/hour.

Three Night Bookings
We may, at times, be able to accommodate a minimum three (3) night booking. Three night bookings may be available from: Friday to Monday or Tuesday to Friday inclusive.

One Night Bookings
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate one-night bookings. We suggest contacting resorts, hotels, motels or B&B's for one-night accommodation requirements.

Vacationing with Respect
We hope you enjoy the properties we manage, and we ask that you treat the accommodation with dignity at all times. Please respect our local culture, wildlife and residents. Be mindful of our local bylaws, speed limits and conservation of our resources. The safety of you and others is our greatest concern. Please note, that Ontario has strict rules about open liquor in any watercraft or motorized vehicle. The driver also may be charged under the Provincial Highway Act if impaired while operating any motorized craft or if any open liquor is present on board. It is also the responsibility of the driver to ensure that other passengers follow the same laws regarding the consumption of or open alcohol while on the water. Thank you for vacationing with respect!
