WHAT WE DO:

• We meet you at the property and advise what is required to make it guest friendly. At this time we also complete a checklist detailing features and amenities while taking up to 20 photos.
• Your property is then quality displayed as available for rent on our user friendly and internationally optimized site at canadarentalcottage.com. Other sites may be used to ensure full bookings throughout the season. No personal information is presented or shared.
• Our booking system ensures there are no overlaps and double bookings. Guests can see our daily updated availability calendar for each property on-line.
• We handle all payments and deposits. All rental revenue is held in trust until the end of each month when we forward you the funds less our fee and any direct costs associated with maintenance and housekeeping.
• By marketing your property to a vast domestic and international audience we are able to optimize the income potential
• Optional services include a housekeeping service that prepares the cottage and provides our own fresh linens, towels and soaps.
• We will make arrangements for keys to be picked up and dropped off and provide directions to the property.
• Optionally all inquiries or service issues can be handled by us during the guest’s stay. We can provide garbage pick-up, barbeque maintenance and optional yard maintenance as well.
• Off season maintenance such as road clearing, security checks, cottage open and close can also be arranged with us.
